Dumex is an infants' and children's nutrition company. Its products span the growing-up milk and follow-on milk categories, and are sold mainly in South-East Asia and China.
Dumex has been a household brand in South-East Asia since the 1940s. It entered the China market in the late 1990s.
Today, Dumex and its related brands are represented in most of the ASEAN region. Key markets are China, Thailand and Malaysia. Other countries include Brunei, Indo-China and Singapore.
Until 2005, Dumex was a part of The East Asiatic Company. Now Dumex is a part of Groupe Danone, a Fortune 500 company and one of the most successful healthy food companies in the world. Groupe Danone is headquartered in Paris, France.
