The Dziennik Polski (lit: "(the) Polish Daily") is Britain's only daily (Monday to Friday) Polish-language newspaper. It was started in 1940, for the growing Polish immigrant community who started to arrive in Britain during World War II. It mixes British and Polish news in a 12-page tabloid/compact newspaper, with a 40-page edition on Fridays. It has an estimated readership of 30,000.
