Living Dangerously was an annual professional wrestling pay-per-view held by Extreme Championship Wrestling. The event happened from 1998 to 2000 in the month of March. 2001 was supposed to feature the 4th Living Dangerously event, but ECW filed for bankruptcy before the pay-per-view could take place.

- Tanaka pinned Furnas after a running elbow.
- After the match, Furnas beat up Wright.
- Rob Van Dam (with Bill Alfonso) defeated 2 Cold Scorpio (27:10)
- Van Dam pinned Scorpio with a small package.
- After the match, Scorpio attacked Van Dam.
- New Jack and Spike Dudley defeated The Dudley Boyz (Buh Buh Ray and D-Von) (with Joel Gertner and Sign Guy Dudley), and The Hardcore Chair Swingin' Freaks (Balls Mahoney and Axl Rotten) in a Three-Way Dance (13:25)
- Buh Buh pinned Mahoney after a 3D (12:31)
- New Jack pinned D-Von after a 187 (13:25)
- Tommy Dreamer defeated Justin Credible (with Jason and Nicole Bass) (8:58)
- Dreamer pinned Credible after a DDT.
- Bam Bam Bigelow defeated Taz to win the ECW World Television Championship (13:37)
- Bigelow pinned Taz after both men fell through the ring.
- The end came when Taz applied the Tazmission to Bigelow, Bigelow fell backwards causing both men to fall through the ring. Bigelow dragged Taz back up and pinned him.
- Sabu (with Bill Alfonso) defeated The Sandman in a Dueling Canes match (9:21)
- Sabu pinned Sandman after a double leg drop through a table on the ramp.
- This match was taped before the event and was aired while the ring was being repaired.
- A match between Al Snow and John Kronus was cancelled because of what happened in the Bigelow/Taz match.
- Al Snow and Lance Storm (with Tammy Lynn Sytch) defeated Shane Douglas and Chris Candido (with Francine) (4:49)
- Snow pinned Douglas after a Snow Plow.

- Lynn originally won by the Referee's decision after the time limit expired, but requested that the match continue for five more minutes.

- Jack pinned Mustafa after a suicide splash.
- Spike Dudley and Nova defeated The Dudley Boyz (Buh Buh Ray and D-Von Dudley) (with Joel Gertner and Sign Guy Dudley) (11:00)
- Spike pinned Buh Buh after an Acid Drop.
- During the match, Nova was injured and replaced by Sid Vicious.
- Tommy Dreamer and Shane Douglas (with Francine) defeated The Impact Players (Justin Credible and Lance Storm) (with Jazz, Jason Knight and Dawn Marie) (18:58)
- Douglas pinned Credible after a Pittsburgh Plunge.
- After the match, both teams kept brawling, until Cyrus the Virus came ringside and crotched Francine, giving Storm and Credible the advantage.
- ECW World Heavyweight Champion Taz defeated Sabu (with Bill Alfonso) to win the ECW FTW Heavyweight Championship(18:28)
- Taz won by knockout when Sabu passed out from a Tazmission.
- This match unified the two titles.
