ESPN RISE Elite 11 is a quarterback competition for prep athletes.

For the high school class of 2013, the finals for the event took place in July 2012 in Southern California. Six regional camps were held prior to the finals, in Dallas, Texas; Atlanta, Georgia, New York, New York; Columbus, Ohio; Oakland, California and Las Vegas, Nevada. Quarterbacks advanced from the regional sites to the finals, and eleven earned a spot in the "final Elite 11."[1]

Notable Elite 11 alumni include Tim Tebow, Vince Young, Matt Leinart, JaMarcus Russell, Mark Sanchez, Matthew Stafford, Jameis Winston, Andrew Luck, and Troy Smith.[citation needed]
