Earle S. Banks (born June 25, 1954) is a Mississippi lawyer, funeral director, insurance agent, and (since 1993) has been a Democratic member of the Mississippi House of Representatives.

Background[edit]

Born in Jackson, Mississippi, Banks graduated from St. Joseph's High School (Jackson, Mississippi), earned a bachelors degree in accounting at Jackson State University, and got his law degree at Mississippi College School of Law. He is an unmarried Catholic.
