This article is about the Bloodbath song. For the past participle of eating, see Eating.
Eaten is a song by Swedish death metal band Bloodbath. The music and lyrics were composed by Dan Swanö, and was released on the album Nightmares Made Flesh.
The song was inspired by a real-life event[citation needed] that took place in Germany: Armin Meiwes, a cannibal, found a volunteer in 2001 on the internet to offer himself up to be cannibalized and eaten. The songs lyrics describe a man who fantasizes about being cannibalized, and describes in detail the various horrific ways in which he would like to be eaten.[citation needed]
