Edenic diet
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Edenic diet is the diet believed by practitioners to have been followed by Adam and Eve in the biblical Book of Genesis. The Reverend Sylvester Graham (1794–1851) was a proponent, advocating a diet without meat—especially pork—shellfish, fatty sauces, spices, salt, sugar, coffee, tea, condiments, and alcohol.[1]
