Edinburgh University Trading and Investments Club

The Edinburgh University Trading and Investment Club, or EUTIC, is the largest non-sporting society in the University of Edinburgh and notable for being the UK's largest student run real money investment fund, with a worth of over £30,000.[1][better source needed]

The Fund is divide into 7 sectors, which are run by individual teams of students, with weekly lectures from academics and professional investors. The society is supported by a selection of the worlds leading investment banks.[citation needed]

Bursary Scheme[edit]

In 2010 the EUTIC, in conjunction with Edinburgh University’s Scholarships and Bursaries Office, became the first UK student run finance society to establish a Bursary scheme. It currently provides Access Bursaries to two undergraduate students a year.[citation needed]
