Edward Ignacy Hartwich (born 4 September 1954) is a Polish politician, former Member of Bydgoszcz City Council who represents the 3rd district.
On 12th November 2006 he was elected to Bydgoszcz City Council. He scored 985 votes in 3rd district, as member of the Civic Platform list. He took office on 27 November 2006 but resigned from office on 24 April 2007. He was a Chairperson of Budget and Finance Committee and a member of Spatial Planning Committee and Cooperation with European Union Committee. His successor is Maciej Zegarski (4th on Civic Platform list in 3rd district).
