Edward Tudor was the supposed son of Henry VII and Elizabeth of York. It is most likely that he was born towards the beginning of the marriage (1487 or 1488) or towards the end of it (1498–1501). However it is also thought that the name of "Edward" is mistaken with that of Henry VII and Elizabeth of York's youngest son Edmund Tudor, Duke of Somerset who was born in 1499 and died 1 year later in 1500.
