ELMO, the Electronic Mail Operator, is a configurable and fast mail client for UNIX-like operating systems. You could call it a Mail User Agent, but it offers much more than traditional MUAs:
- SMTP support
- POP3 support
- Address book
- Colors
- Threads
- Keymaps and Hooks
- maildir and (partial) mbox support
- Bayesian mail filter
- MIME support (including support for encoded headers)
