Emily Brightwell is the pen name of Cheryl Arguile. She is the author of all twenty-nine published titles in her Victorian murder mystery series, The Inspector and Mrs. Jeffries. The series has been growing in popularity with each new mystery published.[1] Mrs. Jeffries and the Mistletoe Mix-Up - the twenty-ninth mystery - a hardcover was published in November 2011. Her next title - the thirtieth mystery in the series is Mrs. Jeffries Defends Her Own to be published - as a paperback - in May 2012.
