Emma Elizabeth Hamm was born on December 26, 1988 in Bryn Mawr, PA. She is now a midfielder at Duke University.

She was a three-time first team All-American selection, and was captain and MVP her junior and senior seasons. She holds the school record in goals, ground balls, and draw controls. She was also a four-time All-Main Line (regional) and All-InterAc (league) selection. Emma was a member of the under-19 national team in 2007 which won the world championship, and was selected to the All-World team. In June 2006 Emma received the Heather Leigh Albert Award which is awarded to the top female lacrosse player in the nation.
