The Ephraim Atwood House is an historic house at 110 Hancock Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The 1.5 story wood frame house was built in 1839; it is basically Greek Revival in its form, with a full width front porch with Doric columns, but it also has Gothic Revival features, including bargeboard decoration on it gable and dormers.[2]

The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.[1]
