Equanet is a non-limited trading arm of DSGi Business, and is their specialist business to business reseller for large and medium sized managed customers and the public sector. Equanet claims to work closely with large and medium sized businesses and public sector partners to identify, develop and deliver IT solutions and services. Equanet also offer bespoke eProcurement systems and claim to deliver excellence in account management.

Equanet purport to provide a high level account management service for the following areas:

  • National accounts large businesses housing over 50 computer seats
  • Small and medium sized businesses who want the benefits of a managed account
  • Public Sector, including local and central government, healthcare, education establishments and defence agencies and departments

Equanet provides hardware, configuration services and project management with a team of so-called experts that can supposedly help advise on IT needs.

Equanet are not aligned to any one technology manufacturer and can allegedly tailor solutions to meet specific needs. Equanet claim to have a high level of accreditations from IT industry leading partners; such as HP, Cisco, Microsoft, Dell and Apple.[citation needed]
