He was born in Palo Alto, California, and maintained a degree in economics and finance from the University of California, Berkeley.[1] He is married.

[edit] Career

Starting off as Jonathan in the 1992 television show Freshman Dorm, he slowly rose to fame, starring in mostly television shows.[2] Among other achievements, he has portrayed Piper Halliwell's boyfriend the warlock Jeremy Burns[3] in the three episodes of the WB Television Networks series Charmed (unaired pilot[4], Something Wicca This Way Comes[5], and Witch Trial[6]). Woods is uncomfortable using profanity. Consequently, the crew of Charmed had to use a voice-over for the profanity being spoken by Woods' character in the Something Wicca This Way Comes episode. His latest achievements include playing Crecilius Pryme in the 2008 film The Next Race: The Remote Viewings, and Captain Jack in Burial at Sea.
