Erica Mer

Erica Danielle Mer (born April 23, 1988) is an American television actress. Born in San Antonio, Texas, Mer moved to Houston where she took her first theater performance class at the age of four.

Career[edit]

Mer's first acting job was the recurring role of Kayla Jones on the ABC Daytime soap opera The City. Mer appeared in several national commercials, including: Disney World, Red Lobster, Glad and JC Penney.

Mer appeared as Lyssa in the TV movie: Babylon 5: In the Beginning, and in Star Trek: Voyager as the human girl seen lost inside the mind of the Borg. On Charmed, she played a demonic child named Freckles who could use aerokinesis. More notably, Mer played a teen prankster in the opening sequence of the HBO series Six Feet Under and Mer's performance as Charlotte in the NBC drama Medical Investigation gained her a Young Artist Award nomination for a Best Performance by a Guest Star in 2005.

Her voice-over work includes Disney's Recess and Cartoon Network's What Ever Happened to Robot Jones?
