Erie, PA Metropolitan Statistical Area

The Erie, Pennsylvania Metropolitan Statistical Area is a metro area in northwest Pennsylvania, encompassing the enitre County of Erie, including the city of Erie. The metro area had a population of 280,566 as of the 2010 census. The Erie Metro Area ranks number 164th in the U.S, and 11th in the State of Pennsylvania's metropolitan areas.
