Erika Lizeth Honstein García (born circa 1980 in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico) represented her country in the 2003 Miss World pageant, held in Sanya, China on December 6, 2003.[1] Honstein only placed fourth in the Nuestra Belleza Mexico 2002 pageant, but was appointed the national title in a recess appointment by Lupita Jones when the Miss World pageant's schedule changed.
