Ernesto Rubio Hernandez (born June 17, 1982) is a Mexican-American Business Owner, actor, and politician, currently serving as a Council-member for the City of San Fernando, California.

Hernandez worked as a Hollywood actor, best known for Price of Glory.[1]

As a Democrat, he was first elected on January 13, 2009, in a special recall election to replace then Mayor Pro Tem Julie Ruelas. Hernandez was sworn in on January 20, 2009, to serve the remainder of Ruelas' term.[2]
