First used in Hanoi city - Vietnam since 1990s year with Especen hotel chain & Especen Travel Company to connecting people who wish to use a simple International language. Now only two original Especen hotel still operating address at 28 Tho Xuong & 41 Ngo Huyen street, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi city.
In an adventure book name "The House on Dream Street: Memoir of an American Woman in Vietnam" the writer said that: "...
