Esther Kwan Wing-ho (simplified Chinese: 关咏荷; traditional Chinese: 關詠荷), born 16 July 1964 is a Hong Kong actress contracted to TVB.

Kwan began her acting career after high school at ATV from 1988 to 1993. She moved over to TVB in 1993 and has been at the broadcaster on and off ever since. She is married to fellow actor Nick Cheung. They have a daughter, Brittany. In 2008, Kwan left acting to spend more time with her daughter.
She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
