Evalueserve (EVS) is an ISO 27001-compliant Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) firm, providing custom offshore research and analytics services. The company was started by Alok Aggarwal (ex-Director at IBM) and Marc Vollenweider (ex-Partner at McKinsey) in Dec, 2000. Evalueserve has four research centers, based in China, Chile, India and Romania. The company employs 2500 people globally.
