Evalueserve is an ISO 27001-compliant Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) firm, providing knowledge-based professional research and analytics services for clients worldwide. Evalueserve analyzes, improves and executes knowledge-intensive processes and leverages its proprietary technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The company was started by Alok Aggarwal (ex-Director at IBM) and Marc Vollenweider (ex-Partner at McKinsey) in Dec, 2000. Evalueserve has four research centers, based in China, Chile, India and Romania. The company employs 2500 people globally.

- Gurgaon (suburb of New Delhi), India (Dec 2000)
- Shanghai, China (Sep 2005): Evalueserve Business Consulting Co. Ltd., located to start operations and add local perspective regarding the East-Asian economies.
- Valparaiso, Chile (Oct 2006): Evalueserve Chile S.A., serves the US timezone and to add local perspective regarding the Latin American economies. Provides 24/5 services in conjunction with India operations.[2][3]
- Cluj-Napoca, Romania (Jul 2008): Established to serve Continental European markets in multiple European languages.
