Founded in 1946, Everest Brand Solutions is now a member of the WPP Group, with representation in Mumbai ,Gurgaon, Kolkata, Chennai and Bengaluru.
The agency has been responsible for creating advertising for Indian brands.
It has associations that go back as far as 60 years with companies like Parle and Bombay Chemicals.[citation needed]
[edit] Ownership Change
In 1999 Everest was acquired by Rediffusion DYR and became part of the Y&R Group of companies. It is now a subsidiary of the Rediffusion YR Group.
[edit] Management Change
Between late 2010 and early 2011, Everest Brand Solutions has seen a major change in management with Dhunji Wadia taking charge of the agency and Rahul Jauhari coming on board as National Creative Director.
[edit] Office Location
In March 2011, Everest Brand Solutions has moved its headquarters to its new location, a stone's throw away from the Chhatrapati Shivaji Airport, Mumbai.
