EXPANSYS Group is a provider of unique global services to Technology brands and MNO’s (Mobile Network Operators) and MVNO’s (Mobile Virtual Network Operators) through it’s 3 main subsidiaries;

EXPANSYS.com is the Groups online retail brand, with the largest global footprint of Smartphone, Tablet and Accessory product stores, trading directly in 51 markets worldwide, but selling and sending products into over 200 countries globally in the last 12 months. EXPANSYS.com have also built a successful and fast growth business by providing e-commerce services to a number of world class technology and Telco brands including Orange and HTC. Services deployed range from ecommerce design/build and operation, to product category management, digital marketing, multi-lingual Customer Service and Logistics and Fulfilment services – all supported by our infrastructure of purpose built regional facilities.

DSNS (Data Select Network Solutions) is the UK’s leading SIM card distributor, working with all the major MNO’s and MVNO’s, and with a market leading distribution footprint of 40,000+ national/independent retail locations. In the last 2 years, DSNS has successfully developed a unique SIM solution business in the USA, working exclusively with TMOBILE USA.

PJMEDIA specialises in the development and management of bespoke ecommerce, outsourced functionality and software/IP developed solutions for MNO’s and MVNO’s, with particular emphasis upon emerging markets.

1997 Expansys were founded in Manchester UK.

2007 EXPANSYS plc joined AIM, London Stock Exchange in April 2007 in an IPO.

2010 EXPANSYS acquired PJ Media (a multi-channel eCommerce software and marketing company) and DSNS (the UK's largest SIM card distributor).

In late 2011, EXPANSYS began to sell phones from the official windows phone website and became the default UK provider on the Microsoft website. Expansys is part of Expansys PLC which joined the London AIM, the London Stock Exchange’s international market for smaller growing companies, in April 2007. Peter Jones owns a large percentage of the company's stock
