The Algerian Football Federation (French: Fédération algérienne de football, Arabic: الاتحادية الجزائرية لكرة القدم) is the governing body of football in Algeria. Although an unofficial national team had played fixtures since 1958, the first recognised international took place in January 1963, some six months after independence.
Algeria has participated in 3 FIFA World Cup Finals, most recently in 2010, and has won 1 CAF Continental Champion honor.
