[edit] History
The faculty was established on 1 June 1969 as the Faculty of Economics of The Kilece-Radom Higher School of Engineering in Kielce. At the beginning, only a 3-year Bachelor's degree in economics was available. In 1974 a 4-year program leading to a Master's degree was offered. In 1974, the college was converted to the Świętokrzyska Polytechnic (Technical University of Świętokrzyskie). In 1976, the faculty was disbanded and in its place the Institute of Economics was established. In 1978, The Higher School of Engineering in Radom was separated from the Świętokrzyska Polytechnic with Faculty of Economics and Organization as its structure. In 1993 a 3-year Bachelor degree in administration was established and since 2007, a 3½-year program engineer in product research was offered. In 2006, a curriculum in economics was offered as two-cycle programme (3-year Bachelor degree, as well as a 2-year Master's degree).
