Fairmont Hot Springs is an unincorporated community located in eastern British Columbia, Canada. This community has a population of 489, but receives many vacationers from Calgary, who come to play on Fairmont's three golf courses on the Columbia River, and visit the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort.

Fairmont Hot Springs Resort and all three golf courses have recently been purchased by Ontario based Ken Fowler Enterprises (KFE). KFE plans to develop residential subdivisions, condominium buildings and an "alpine resort" village. Plans also include an expansion of both the hot pools and the ski hill.

North is Invermere, Radium, and Golden. South is Canal Flats, Kimberley, and Cranbrook.
