The Ontario Family Responsibility Office is a government organization under the auspices of the Ministry of Community and Social Services, and executive director Sharon Van Son.
This organization was entrenched under Attorney General Marion Boyd, the same individual who negotiated and authorized the plea bargain of Karla Homolka. The Family Responsibility Office is responsible for enforcing child support orders.
