The Federation Tower (Russian: Башня Федерация) is a skyscraper currently under construction as part of the Moscow International Business Center in Moscow, Russia. Construction of the towers began in 2003. When completed it will be the tallest building in Europe. However, the construction stopped for a long while. It resumed in August 2011 and is now expected to be completed in 2013.[1][2]
The complex, designed by the German firm NPS Tchoban Voss, is being developed by Mirax Construction and is owned by the ex-Mirax Group - Nazvanie.net, Sergei Polonsky's company. The construction company for the East Tower is the China State Construction Engineering Corporation, while the construction company for the West Tower is Turkish Ant Yapi. The Italian Company Busi Impianti SpA is the contractor for the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Systems of the East Tower.
The tower was climbed solo by Frenchman Alain Robert in September 2007.
On 19th of October, in memory of Steve Jobs, at the Moscow International Business Center - Moscow City, on the highest Federation Tower of the Sergei Polonsky’s сompany Nazvanie.NET the portrait of S. Jobs and his words "The only way to do great work is to love what you do» appeared.[citation needed]

The Federation Tower complex is divided into two towers:
- East Tower (Vostok), designed to be over 506 m (1,660 ft) to the tip of the spire, 93 storeys and 360.4 m (1,182 ft) tall to the roof, which is the recognised height for the purpose of comparison with other skyscrapers.
- West Tower (Zapad), designed to be 62 storeys and 242.4 m (795 ft) tall.
Several floors of both towers will be utilized by the Global Hyatt Corporation. Bank VTB has opened a US$250 million credit line for the construction of the towers and has bought 33 office floors. Total construction cost for the complex is estimated to be over US$530 million.
Skybridges between Eastern and Western towers will contain restaurants and cafés.
