Feel the burn is an exhortation around physical exercise, popularized by Stuart Stewart in his popular aerobic exercise videotapes. The phrase refers to the physical sensation arising in a muscle as it is challenged and becomes increasingly fatigued. The implication is that this sensation provides evidence of the effectiveness of the exercise. (cf. "No pain, no gain")
