[edit] Synopsis

Vicky Khanna (Zayed Khan) lives a comfortable rich lifestyle with his widowed businessman dad in Bombay, who is always busy and has no time to spend with him. He generally hangs out with some of his college friends, Karan Chopra (Dino Morea), Somil (Riteish Deshmukh), and Dhiku (Aashish Chaudhary), who have just been fired from their respective jobs. While at a night club, he comes across several college students who want to settle scores physically. Vicky gets the idea to open up a fight club, a place where antagonists would settle scores with each other for a fee.On the other hand Karan's sister Anu(Dia Mirza)comes from abroad and Vicky falls in love with her at first sight.Karan meets a neighbor of his Shonali malhotra(Amrita Arora)and falls in love with her. The four friends find out that there are approximately 67 students who want to beat each other up, and thus the fight club is formed - with venues that are picked randomly in the wee hours all over Mumbai. Vicky will find out that this new venture of his is going to get him some money, but is also going to rake up the past when a fellow school student, Sameer (Sohail Khan), that he used to pick on because of his being overweight is now an athletic with one mission - to get back at Vicky at any and all costs. Additionally, Somil's uncle (Kulbhushan Kharbanda) gets killed in Delhi as goons want to take over his club called "Crossroads". The four friends re-locate to Delhi.Sameer gets hurt while fighting some goons and Komal(Neha Dhupia) a doctor comes and takes him to the hospital where he falls in love with her.And then they come face to face with their deadly foes, Sandy (Rahul Dev), Dinesh (Ashmit Patel), and Mohit (Yash Tonk), who is the younger brother of dreaded Don, Anna Shetty (Suniel Shetty). Additionally the police will soon be hauling them and holding them in a cell - for murder. They kidnap the 4 of them except vicky because his father took him away from his friends. While his friends are getting beat up Vicky comes to them and helps them.Somil tells Anna about the weapon that has been used to kill Mohit, which was with Dinesh.Dinesh is about to kill Somil but Anna stops him and then kills him, leaving sandy alone feeling the sorrow of losing a brother. Then the 5 of them enjoy with Anna while Vicky is with Anu,Karan with Shonali, and Sameer with Komal.
