This image is part of the Ancient Chinese characters project(古漢字-Anciens Hanzi), a project to create a complete set of SVG images depicting ancient Chinese characters. We currently work on the the 214 Kangxi radicals (Tutorial). Help welcome.

This image is in the public domain because it is an SVG representation of an ancient script.
The script itself pre-dates the modern concept of copyright, and the creator of the SVG version has released (or hereby releases) into the public domain any copyright generated by the making of the file (and grants an unconditional licence to anyone, for any jurisdictions in which public-domain release is not legal). This applies internationally and for any purpose. Attribution is not required but appreciated.

When you upload an SVG ancient Chinese character, please copy past this "ACClicense" template such as :

The fourth data is the code name of the former GIF image. It is not required, but welcome.
The fifth parameter is for various comments, if needed. But linguistic informations are not welcome: other websites provide such datas with more accuracy than us.
The sixth parameter enables categorization (only to use if the character belongs to the 214 Traditional Radicals, or its variants); it should be coded as a three digit number, e.g. <078> or <078{{!}}sort-value>.
Then, you can also provide other information, as your own free license.
