English: Mrs. Laura Bush announces a $60 million public-private partnership between the U.S. Government and the Case Foundation at President Bill Clinton's Annual Global Initiative Conference in New York Wednesday, September 20, 2006. With her, from left, are: Ray Chambers, Chairman, MCJ and Amelier Foundations; former President Bill Clinton, and Jean Case and Steve Case, founders of the Case Foundation. The partnership will work to provide clean water by 2010 to up to 10 million people in sub-Sahara Africa, where a child dies every 15 seconds due to illnesses related to unsanitary drinking water.
