Summary

Description
English: Promotional postcard for the Easy Aces radio program in the United States.

Copyright details

  • The postcard dates back to 1932 as seen on the September 17, 1932 postmark of it; there are no copyright marks on the postcard, as can be seen by examining both sides of it at the links above.
  • It was created as a promotional item for the Easy Aces radio show by its sponsor, Lavoris. The cards were sent out to listeners to advise them that the show's summer hiatus would soon be over and that Easy Aces would begin with new episodes on September 26, 1932 on CBS Radio (Columbia Network).
  • In 1935, the radio show changed sponsors from Lavoris to American Home Products (Anacin).

The uploaded image is a combination of the front and back of the postcard with the watermark removed, as both sides of the card would be of interest for the Easy Aces article. The old Lavoris logo carried the words "Trade Mark" in it, so this is what is referred to-the old Lavoris logo on the back of the card.
