English: Comics artist John Romita Jr. at a June 20, 2019, book signing for Superman: Year One #1 (August 2019) at Midtown Comics Downtown in Lower Manhattan. In the photo, Romita is signing a copy of The Uncanny X-Men #201, which features the first appearance of the infant Nathan Christopher Charles Summers, who would later become the superhero Cable. The issue was not drawn by Romita, however, but by Rick Leonardi. In the background at right is a poster for St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, to which $2.00 of each signed copy of Superman: Year One was donated, as part of the store’s arrangement with Romita.
