English: A view from Scrabo. Scrabo Tower 781345, built on a hill outside Newtownards, is an excellent viewpoint for large sections of northern County Down. This is the view across fields south of Newtownards, with part of the town of Comber visible in the middle of picture. Beyond Comber is more farmland with the Mourne Mountains, about 40 miles away, dominating the background. See also 6524048 for other views from Scrabo. |
