Summary[edit]

Description
English: The stamp program to recognize the territories of the United States included a 3-cent stamp on November 12, 1937, in honor of the Alaska Territory. The U.S. purchased the Alaska from Russia in 1867. The stamp displays a view of Mount McKinley.
