Español: La Casa de Gobierno de la provincia de Entre Ríos fue declarada monumento nacional por resolución del año 1986. En 1884, el gobernador de la provincia, General Eduardo Racedo, encomendó al jefe del departamento topográfico, Don Bernardo Rigolli, el proyecto de una casa de gobierno encargada de centralizar los poderes ejecutivo y legislativo.
La obra, concebida a modo de palacio europeo, se encuentra coronada por una torre reloj. Este ultimo de procedencia correntina. La casa contratista encargada de crear el reloj y las campanas fue Ernesto Hoffmann y Augusto Sedner. Augusto Sedner, relojero constructor, combinó el mecanismo en todos sus detalles; ordeno su especial fabricación, y coloco toda la obra en la torre construida íntegramente bajo sus ordenes.
