Wikipedia is a collaboratively built encyclopedia, and all play their part. Some write fantastic new articles, some do research, some do copyediting and formatting, some create wonderful new images for us, some import appropriate material from other sources, some help organise content, some provide welcome and guidance. But by far the most important contributors to Wikipedia are those who create and award barnstars. This barnstar is for them.

The Barnstar Barnstar Award is given to recognise particularly fine barnstar contributions to Wikipedia, to let people know that their hard work is seen and appreciated, and that we thank them. To give the award to someone, just edit their user page to include the image, and say why you've given it. Don't hesitate, be bold!
