Description

An unusual building with a covered coach reception at the front door. The hall was completed in 1894 to provide a meeting place and activities for the descendents of the soldiers who were demobbed from the Scottish regiments from 1705 onward.

The Colin (in the town's name) was the 3rd Earl of Balcarres on who's land the town was designed.
