Summary

Description
English: Smoked meats hung at a "Dutch crown" at the ceiling, 16th century. At the Gourmet museum of Hermalle-sous-Huy near Liège, Belgium.
Please, note that this name, "Dutch crown", common used in English is incorrect because this object is not typically Dutch ! The correct name is "couronne d'office" in French translated by circlet of pantry in English. Thank you.
