Though this image is subject to copyright, I feel it is covered by U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it is a low-resolution image of a CD cover (copies made from it will be inferior quality)
2. it is being used only once in the article, and it helps illustrate the text next to which it appears.
3. it is being used only for informational purposes, and not for profit or personal gain.
4. it does not limit the copyright holder's ability to market or sell the product.
5. no freely available images in the public domain have been located for this item.
