Summary[edit]
This is the cover of the 1994 paperback edition of French Cuisine in Ten Minutes, the US English translation of Edouard de Pomiane's 1930 cookbook Cuisine en dix minutes. It was translated in 1977 by Philip and Mary Hyman and published by Farrar, Straus and Giroux and reissued in 1994 as a paperback by FSG imprint North Point Press.
This copy was printed in 2001 (seventh printing) and was purchased new in Hyannis, Massachusetts.
