Simple graphical example of how a few level of detail levels could be visualized. Meant to be used in an article I'm writing about level of detail (wikipedia en).

The article contains textual references and descriptions of the image so please check it doesn't get broken by modifying the page.

Maybe there will also be a " ContinuousLodAndCullExample.MaxDZ8.svg " in the near future.


Description -
English: An example of various DLOD ranges. Darker areas are meant to be rendered with higher detail. An additional culling operation is run, discarding all the information outside the frustum (colored areas).
