This is a good quality screengrab from Doctor Who, which I capped using my TV Tuner.

This image is © BBC, I believe this is fair use. The image is in no way making any profit but to identify the programme.

3. No more free alternative exists;
4. The use of the image in this article will have no effect on the BBC's commercial use of the image in question.
