Čeština: Vlajka obce Střítež nad Ludinou, okres Přerov. Zelený list s bílou žerďovou krokví s hrotem na středu vlajícího okraje a s červeným žerďovým klínem s hrotem dosahujícím do třetiny délky listu. Šířka klínu na žerďovém okraji je třetina šířky listu.
