2. It is a low-resolution image, in an inferior graphics format (JPEG).
3. The image is from an out-of-print release of the compact discs, and is now rare.
4. It is not believed that this image will interfere with the rights of Douglas Adams's estate, or his current publishers, in the sales of recordings of the radio series.
5. It is also not believed that the use of this image will infringe upon the rights of BBC Worldwide.
