Description
English: Hermann Boehm (1884-1962) at the Nuremberg Trials. Boehm was a German professor of eugenics, who was Ordinarius für Rassehygiene in Gießen from 1943-45. This photograph of Boehm as an interned witness was taken by US Army photographers on behalf of the Office of Chief of Counsel for War Crimes (OCCWC) during Nuremberg Trial I (Doctors' Trial / Ärzte-Prozess). His affidavit concerning the administration of the euthanasia program was taken during January - February 1947.
