Notes В Каталоге 1980 - Никитин И. Н. В инвентарях ИАХ портрет числился работой Ле Лоррена, с этой атрибуцией он в 1887 был передан в Эрмитаж, в 1914 возвращен в Академию. В Каталоге ИАХ (Исаков 1915**, № 1436) значится работой Ивана Никитина. В монографии Т. А. Лебедевой (Лебедева 1975***, с. 97) портрет воспроизведен с определением „Никитин (?)". Римская-Корсакова на основании технологического исследования отводит авторство Никитина, считая портрет безусловной работой И. -Г. Таннауера (Римская-Корсакова 1977****, с. 193, 198). Такого иконографического типа законченный парадный поясной портрет Елизаветы Петровны в белом, шитом серебром платье и красной мантии, написанный, по-видимому, Л. Караваком, приобретен в 1994 Эрмитажем из частного собрания в Германии.
